A horror story..?! Not at all. Two inventive children dis­cover and create adventures driven by their imagination and their own interpretation of everything. They make unexpect­ed acquaintances, challenge local rumors and myths that they spice up with their own ideas and perceptions.


–    Who is the old lady in the big and exclusive house?
–    What kind of shady guy is sneaking around and spying on them?
–    And what was it that broke the fishing rod down by the lake...?

The Long Lake Monster is a charming easy-to-read story for the young reader as well as any curious adult. It is exciting and entertaining, and often really funny.

This blog is something that really should have started a long time ago. I have spent decades being almost as afraid of succeeding as I was of failing. Now, I intend to try being a little braver. Here, I want to share stories, thoughts, and the joy of writing—at a leisurely pace, far away from the stressful atmosphere of social media. I have hesitated long enough.

After many years of hesitation, I am finally going to open the door and see what lies on the other side. Welcome in.
